With real-world experience on a range of projects, we are able to determine and apply best practice methodologies. The advice we provide is strictly independent; offered appropriate to each client and context. While our focus is not only on software, we do have world-class knowledge of both AutoCAD-based systems (though no longer actively pursuing this direction), and Autodesk Revit®. We are well equipped to help clients to migrate from Computer Aided Design/Drafting (CAD) to Building Information Modelling/ Management (BIM).

Much of what we do requires an ability to clearly understand the issues our clients may face, and a capacity to assemble realistic and appropriate solutions to those issues.

Achieving real change must start with a clear understanding of why the change is required, followed by a strategy for how it can be implemented. It requires an appropriately-empowered team of people that are united by a clear vision of the end result.

We believe that being able to demonstrate progressive successes is critical to building and maintaining momentum throughout the project. Obstacles to change must be identified and removed.

We understand that premature announcement of successful completion of the change project can undermine the entire effort. Even supporters of change can unwittingly cause this to occur.
